Tyler Perry is making it clear that his son Aman will have to grind if he wants to enjoy the finer things in life. In case y’all didn’t know, Perry shares his son, Aman with Gelila Bekele.
Tyler Perry pulled up to ‘The Sherri Shepherd Show’ recently and opened up about how he’s raising his son and the life lessons he’s teaching him. When Sherri asked about Aman’s Christmas list, Perry kept it real, saying, “he don’t get no Christmas list.”
Sherri Shepherd couldn’t believe how strict Perry was keeping it for the holidays, but he made it clear Aman’s only getting two things: “books and Legos.”
When Sherri asked, “That’s it?” Tyler responded with, “He don’t have a job — what else is he gonna get?” The filmmaker said he’s adamant about not raising a spoiled kid. He even shared a story about Aman complaining about long lines while flying commercial, so he started making him fly coach.
“He’s not gonna be one of those ridiculous, spoiled rich kids. I can’t stand that, no! He ain’t go no money!” Tyler said.
